TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each of Scapa in issue as at 28 June 2013 is 146,407,041 (the "Ordinary Shares"). All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 146,407,041.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
