In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces that it has been notified (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) that the following acquisition of the Company's ordinary shares of 2p each took place by a person connected to a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) in respect of the Company:
