Drilling Commences at Guamanga Project

The Company is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced at its Guamanga Copper-Gold Project (Herencia earning 51%), located to the north of Copiapo in northern Chile.

The program will involve approximately 1,000m of diamond drilling and is targeting the previously identified high-grade copper-gold zone. The work is being undertaken by Major Drilling and subject to completion of the work by the end of this month it is anticipated that assay results could be available in February 2012.
