Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.3 R

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 R, the Company has submitted two copies of the Half-yearly report 2008 to the UK Listing Authority which will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS (telephone number: +44 (0) 20 7066 1000).

In accordance with Disclosure Rule and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(3)(b) R, the Half-yearly report 2008 will also be available on the Company's website at:
