Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC03 March 2008 Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC The Directors of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC (the "Company") announce that as aresult of publication of Net Asset Values on a weekly and month end basis to aRegulatory Information Service, they consider that all inside informationduring the closed period will have been declared to the market. As a result, theCompany will continue to purchase its own shares. Should the Board become aware of any additional inside information during theclosed period, the Company will not make purchases of its own shares.
