Lighthouse Group PLC12 March 2008 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse" or "the Group") Dividend Update On 11 March 2008 Lighthouse announced a proposed merger of Lighthouse and SumusGroup plc, to be effected by a scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") and that theLighthouse board intended to declare a special interim dividend of 0.5p perLighthouse share which it is intended would be conditional, inter alia, on theScheme becoming effective. If declared and paid, the record date for the special interim dividend will be25 March 2008 and payment made within seven days of the Scheme becomingeffective. On 11 March 2008, Lighthouse also declared a maiden final dividend for the yearended 31 December 2007 of 0.5p per Lighthouse share, also with a record date of25 March 2008, which will be paid on 1 May 2008.
