Dividend Payment Information

As reported in the Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2026 released on 4 June 2026, the Board agreed a recommendation to shareholders of a final dividend of 8.3 pence per share on CMC ordinary shares.

Subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2026 will be paid on 14 August 2026 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 10 July 2026. Shareholders may elect to reinvest their dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'). The last date for receipt of DRIP elections and revocations will be 24 July 2026.
