Dividend Payment

Further to the Company’s announcement of 5 August 2015, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2015, a final dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share (gross of tax) will be paid on 30 September 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 21 August 2015 (ex-dividend date 20 August 2015).
