Dividend Declaration

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th January, 2018 to consider, inter-alia, payment of interim dividend for FY 2017-18.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Saturday, the 20th January, 2018.

Trading Window shall remain closed for the period 6th January, 2018 (Saturday) to 14th January, 2018 (Sunday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
