Ventus VCT plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 13 July 2010 the shareholders approved payment of a final dividend of 2.0p per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 27 July 2010 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 2 July 2010.
