6 April 2011 XP Power Limited ("XP Power" or "the Group") Correction Of Dividend Record Date
Please note that the record date for the first quarter dividend will be 10 June 2011 and not 15 June 2011 as stated in the Company's Interim Management Statement released earlier today.
Therefore a dividend for the first quarter of 9 pence per share (2010: 6 pence per share) will be paid on 7 July 2011 to shareholders on the register at 10 June 2011.
