Second Dividend Declaration

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared the second interim dividend of 2.1 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Second Dividend"). 

The Second Dividend will be paid on 22 April 2025 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 March 2025 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 27 March 2025.

The Second Dividend takes the total dividend payable for the year ended 31 December 2024 to 4.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
