CHENAVARI DECLARES DIVIDEND FOR QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2015

The Company is pleased to announce the payment of a dividend of 1.2 pence per ordinary share for the period 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2015.

The dividend will be paid on 22 May 2015 to holders of ordinary shares recorded on the register as at close of business on 1 May 2015.
