Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend CHICAGO, May 3 -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer James Bell reported that a quarterly dividend of twenty-five (25) cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting today. The dividend is payable June 3, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2005.
