PayPoint PLC01 June 2006 1 June 2006 PayPoint plc - Final Dividend The Board of Directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") recommended the paymentof a final dividend of 7.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 May 2006 in respect ofthe year ended 31 March 2006. Subject to the approval of shareholders at theCompany's Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 June 2006, the final dividendwill be paid on 3 July 2006 to those shareholders on the Register on 2 June 2006with the associated ex-dividend date being 31 May 2006.
