Stobart Group Limited (the "Company") Dividend Declaration
The Directors of the Company announced on 23 May 2011 a final dividend of 4p per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 6p (2010: 6p).
The Dividend is payable to Investors on record on 3 June 2011, has an Ex-Dividend date of 1 June 2011 and will be paid on 7 July 2011.
