Declaration of Dividend

SWP Group plc announces that it has declared a dividend of 0.090p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2014. The dividend is payable on 27 March 2015 (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 14 January 2015) to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 5 March 2015. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 6 March 2015.
