DECLARES FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE
PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2014
Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared an increase in its fourth interim dividend to 1.10p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2014 payable on 31 October 2014 to shareholders registered on 10 October 2014.
The Board intends to maintain this level of dividend for the year-ending 31 August 2015.
The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 9 October 2014.
