Dividend

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the proposed final dividend for the year to 30th June 2009:

The rate will be 1.5p per share. 

Timetable:

Ex-dividend date: 16th September 2009 Record Date: 18th September 2009 Payment date: 26th October 2009 The final dividend is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting which will be convened on 21st October 2009
