Close Brothers Venture Cap Tst PLC28 February 2006 CLOSE BROTHERS VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC The Board of Close Brothers Venture Capital Trust announces a second interimdividend of 2.5 pence per share, comprising 1 penny from net realised capitalprofits and 1.5 pence from revenue reserves, both as at 30 September 2005.
