Dividend Declaration

The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 10.0p per share in lieu of a final dividend for the year to 30 September 2016. The Company paid an interim dividend of 7.0p per share on 3 June 2016. As a result the Company will have paid a total of 17.0p per share for the year to 30 September 2016.

The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2016 to shareholders on the register as of 2 September 2016. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 9 September 2016.
