Further to the preliminary announcement of results made by Holders Technologyplc today, the record date for the proposed dividend of 1.0p per ordinary sharein the company will be 3 May 2013 with payment to shareholders on the registerat that time being made on 21 May 2013. The company's ordinary shares will bemarked ex-dividend with effect from 1 May 2013.
