Sale of Insurance Branch Network
Arbuthnot Banking Group's retail banking subsidiary, Secure Trust Bank, has today announced that as part of its restructuring process it has agreed to sell its insurance branch network to the UK's leading high street insurance retailer, Swinton. This transaction is expected to complete in June 2008 and will have a positive impact on future profitability.
