The business has been sold to a team comprising the Company's previous FinanceDirector, David Timmins, and the existing managers of the HTSPE business. For the year ended 30 June 2007, HTSPE Limited generated a turnover of £18.2mand a profit before tax of £0.8m with net assets of £2.4m.
