Further to the announcement on 1 September 2011 of the proposed disposal of the shims businesses consisting of Attewell Limited (including its subsidiary Pillar Seals & Gaskets Limited and its Czech subsidiary PSG CR s.r.o) and Bolsan Company, Inc. and Lamsco West, Inc. ("the Disposal"), and the subsequent approval of the Disposal by shareholders on 19 September 2011, Hampson Industries PLC announces that the Disposal has completed today.
