Disposal
Further to the announcements released on 19 January and 24 February 2015, the Board of Kimberly, the AIM-quoted Eastern European residential property developer (KBE.L), is pleased to announce that the Agreement to sell the Troja Project in the Czech Republic for a total cash consideration of CZK 195m (approximately €7m) has been finalised, with completion due to take place within the next month.
As previously stated, the net proceeds of the disposal are expected to be approximately €6m (Kimberly share is 50%, being approximately €3m).
