Dispatch of Annual Report

On Thursday 28 March 2013 Lonrho announced its final results for the year ended 31 December 2012. This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by DTR 6.3.5.

Lonrho now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 has today been dispatched to shareholders.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1R copies of the Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm

Copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements can be viewed on the Company's website at www.lonrho.com.

The Notice of Meeting for the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders in due course.
