Disclosure Regarding Digma Dividend Distribution

Edita Food Industries SAE announces that pursuant to the resolution of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Digma Trading SAE (a subsidiary) convened on 26/12/2016 approving the distribution of profits to the Shareholders, in accordance with the financial status ending on 31/12/2015, Edita Food Industries has received an amount of EGP 128,056,958 representing its share of the distributed profits.
