Lighthouse Group PLC18 April 2008 Press Release 18 April 2008 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse" or "the Company") Disclosure of Dealing Lighthouse Group plc announces that, in accordance with the provisions of theproposed merger with Sumus Plc, to be effected by means of a Scheme ofArrangement pursuant to Section 425 of the Companies Act 1985, it has become amember of Sumus Plc through the purchase of 1 Ordinary Share in the issued sharecapital of Sumus Plc for 39 pence. Following the purchase Lighthouse now holds,in aggregate, 1 Ordinary Share in of the issued share capital of Sumus.
