Subject to the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Christopher Graham Ross, Chairman, has notified the Company that Sonas Group Limited and Sonas Investments Limited, companies of which he was previously a director, have been placed into administration. Neither of these companies are connected with Carclo plc.
