Brammer PLC 08 June 2006 Brammer plc ('the Company') Brammer plc was notified on 07 June 2006 that Mr Ian Fraser, a director, purchased 4,014 ordinary shares in the Company at 185.58p per share on 07 June 2006 on behalf of his ISA account. Brammer plc was also notified on 07 June 2006 that Mrs Penelope Fraser purchased 4,799 ordinary shares in the Company at 184.26p per share on 07 June 2006 on behalf of her ISA account.
