Directorship in another PLC

New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Philip Rogerson, Chairman of Carillion plc and Chairman of both the Nominations and Business Integrity Committees will be appointed a non executive director of De La Rue plc with effect from 1 March 2012.

In addition, Mr. Rogerson will succeed Nicholas Brookes as Chairman of De La Rue plc on Mr. Brookes' retirement following the Annual General Meeting on 26 July 2012.
