In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Vanda Murray OBE, a non-executive director of Carillion plc and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Business Integrity Committees has, with effect from 1 November 2011, been appointed to the Board of Chemring Group PLC as a non-executive director.
