In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Creston plc announces that its Non-Executive Chairman, David Grigson, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of Trinity Mirror plc with effect from 1 January 2012. Mr Grigson will become Chairman on 3 August 2012.
