Bryan Portman a director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 57.4p pence per Share. As a result of this transaction Bryan Portman has an interest in 100,000 Shares which represents 0.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
