DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that certain of its directors have acquired ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr. Steve C. Nicandros, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zaza Mamulaishvili, President and Executive Director and Mr. Stephen E. McGregor, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, notified the Company on 27 July 2015 of the purchases of Ordinary Shares from YA Global Master SPV, an investment fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global LP, as set out below:
