Robert Walters plc announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive and Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer, have today exercised Awards under the Robert Walters long term incentive plan over an aggregate of 747,355 shares held in the Robert Walters Employee Benefit Trust.
As a result of the above transactions, Mr Walters' and Mr Daubeney's overall shareholdings in the Company have increased, as follows:
