Directors' Shareholding

Mountview has today been notified of the following share purchases at 3575p per share on the London Stock Exchange market on 18 August 2009:

Mr K Langrish-Smith (Director) purchased 1,000 ordinary shares. As a result of this transaction, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding (including those of his wife) is 307,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.87% of the voting rights of the Company. 

Marie Bray (Director) purchased 825 ordinary shares. As a result of this transaction, Marie Bray's revised holding is 12,302 ordinary shares, representing 0.31% of the voting rights of the Company.
