Director's Shareholding
Oxus Gold was informed today that Richard Shead, Chairman of the Company, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on Wednesday, 3 July 2013 at a price of 1.65p per share.
Following this purchase, Richard Shead is interested in a total of 10,944,519 Ordinary Shares representing 2.42 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
