Director's Shareholding
Oxus Gold was informed today that Richard Shead, Chairman of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on Friday, 22 March 2013 at a price of 2.6p each.
Following this purchase, Richard Shead is interested in 10,194,519 Ordinary Shares representing 2.31 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
