The shareholding previously shown for John & James Moy has now been allocated between John and James. John, who has recently been appointed a Non-executive Director of the Company, holds 4,000,000 shares whilst James holds 3,000,000 shares, representing 6.86% and 5.14% of the Company respectively.

The directors of the Company now hold a total of 10,255,061 shares representing 17.58% of the Company.
