There is no changein Mr Clayden's total shareholding in the Company as a result of the transfer. On 2 January 2008, Mr Clayden sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at45.9p a share and on the same day 30,000 ordinary shares were purchased at 46p ashare by Mr Clayden's Self Invested Personal Pension account held in aHargreaves Lansdown Vantage SIPP.
