Director's share purchase

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, "Innovations", "the Group") has been informed today that Dr Linda Wilding, a non-executive director of the Group, has today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33 pence each in the capital of the Group at an average price of 465 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Dr Wilding's total holding in the capital of the Group is 15,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the Group's total issued voting share capital.
