Director's resignation

Sealand Capital Galaxy Liimited (LSE: SCGL) announces that Ka Fai Joe Lam has today resigned as a director of the Company and as an employee of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary SecureCom Media Holdings Limited. The Board is grateful to Joe Lam for his contribution to the Company.

Total voting rights

Sealand also announces that in compliance with its obligations under DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, following an allotment of new shares announced during the month, as at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 47,000,000 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 47,000,000 Ordinary Shares with voting rights may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
