Director's Interest

Jarvis had been informed on 15 August 2013, that yesterday and today, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion"), a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, sold 435,000 Ordinary Shares in Jarvis at a price of 400p. Sion sold the shares in order to match significant demand in the market following a recent series of meetings with institutional investors.

Following these transactions, Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion, a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, Mr Andrew Grant's SIPP and Mr Andrew Grant's spouse) is 5,733,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 53.45% of the Company's 10,727,000 voting rights.
