Croma Group PLC05 December 2006 5 NOVEMBER 2006 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") DIRECTOR HOLDINGS Two Board members increase holdings following full year figures Following the Group's final results statement released yesterday, the Board ofCroma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defence specialist,announces the following share purchases by two of the Board's Directors: •Executive Chairman, John French, has today purchased 155,000 shares at 3.15p, taking his total holding to 846,993 shares - representing 0.57% of the total issued share capital of the Group. John French also holds stock options of 2,088,390 at 5.5p and 6,000,000 at 8.25p. •Non-Executive Director, Nicholas Hewson, has today purchased 350,000 shares at 3p, taking his total holding to 1,374,119 shares - representing 0.93% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
