PLC13 July 2007 Directors' shareholdings C H Bailey, Plc ("C H Bailey" or the "Company") announces that it has todayreceived notification that on 13 July 2007 Mrs Sarah Bailey, a non-executivedirector of the Company, transferred for nil consideration, by way of gift,3,907,891 ordinary shares to Mr Charles Bailey, the Company's Chairman andManaging Director. Following this transfer, Mrs Sarah Bailey beneficially owns 1,214,378 ordinaryshares in C H Bailey, representing 14.8% of the issued share capital of theCompany, and Mr Charles Bailey beneficially owns 4,251,060 ordinary shares,representing 51.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
