GSH Group PLC20 July 2007 GSH Group plc ("the Company") Director's Details In the announcement of the Company dated 4 July 2007 relating to the appointmentof John Kelly as a director of the Company, it was noted that Mr Kelly had beena director of iRevolution Group Plc ("iRevolution"). It is noted that, for thepurposes of Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, on 20 October 2003iRevolution was placed in creditors voluntary liquidation. The liquidationremains ongoing. Mr Kelly resigned from iRevolution on 2 December 2002. There are otherwise no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2,paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
