Volvere PLC20 March 2007 Volvere plc ("the Company") Director's Dealings 20 March 2007 The Company announces it has been advised that the entire shareholding of250,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.0000001 each held by Brewin Nominees (ChannelIslands) Limited ('Brewin'), representing 4.49% of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company, has been transferred to Chiltern Trust Company Limited('Chiltern'). Both Chiltern and Brewin are acting as nominees for the Trusteesof a trust called the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ('the Settlement').Neil Ashley, a director of the Company, is a Trustee of the Settlement. In addition, the Settlement's beneficial holdings of 1,250 A Shares of£0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of £0.49999995 have been transferred toVistra Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, as a nominee for the Trustees of theSettlement. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
