Directors' Dealings

Telford Homes Plc (AIM:TEF), the residential developer in East London noted for regeneration projects within public sector partnerships, announces that on 28 May 2008, Directors of the Company bought a total of 140,000 Ordinary Shares.

Jim Furlong, Land Director, purchased 90,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 121 pence per share on 28 May 2008. Following this purchase, Mr Furlong has an interest in 1,214,973 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

David Durant, Group Planning and Design Director, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 121 pence per share on 28 May 2008. Following this purchase, Mr Durant has an interest in 1,096,213 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.9% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Andrew Wiseman, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 121 pence per share on 28 May 2008. Following this purchase, Mr Wiseman has an interest in 2,230,564 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.9% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
